Fairlop Waters Country Park

Fairlop Waters was part Hainault Forest until 1851 when it was used for agricultural purposes. During in both World Wars it was used as an RAF airfield, in the late 1940s and early 1950s after WWII the airfield became disused and was used my locals until it was removed and a large Golf Course was introduced to the Area. It hosts a Large lake with a gravel path surrounding the lake, it holds many Geese and Ducks.
